Eric Rhodes – GENERAL MANAGER (operations & management)

With 36 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Eric Rhodes has built a distinguished career in hospitality management, operations, and leadership. His passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences has shaped his journey across New York, California, and now Miami, Florida, where he serves as General Manager of Sovereign Cove Group, a role he took in 2025.

For 18 years, Eric has led high-performing teams, managed dynamic restaurant operations, and navigated the evolving landscape of hospitality with expertise, vision, and unwavering commitment. His leadership has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth, earning him a reputation for innovation and industry excellence.

At Sovereign Cove Group, Eric oversees restaurant and marina management, ensuring seamless service, high-quality dining, and top-tier waterfront operations. His dedication to hospitality, strategic planning, and guest experience continues to elevate Sovereign Cove Group as a premier destination in Miami’s vibrant coastal scene.

   

Darren Naath – FINANCE CONTROLLER (executive leadership)

With more than 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, Darren Naath has built a career rooted in precision, strategic financial management, and business growth. Beginning his career as Senior Accountant for the hospitality group at Compuware Sports Arena out of Plymouth MI, Darren developed expertise in financial oversight within high-demand entertainment and hospitality settings.

He later expanded his impact in the restaurant industry as Senior Accountant for Epoch Restaurant Group in Novi MI, where he honed skills in operational budgeting and financial strategy. His expertise led him to Post Newsweek Stations in Detroit, MI, where he served as Corporate Controller, overseeing the financial health of media and television operations.

Darren’s career took an international turn when he joined Swiss Re in the United Kingdom as Assistant Vice President of Finance, managing complex financial structures and multinational transactions.

In 2017, he successfully landed the role of CFO Finance Controller for ASI Business Solutions in King of Prussia, PA, where he serves as the right hand and strategic business partner to the CEO, overseeing revenue streams, financial growth, and global finance operations. That same year, he also took on the role of Finance Controller, overseeing all financial operations for Sovereign Cove Group’s restaurant and marina for its owner, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and long-term financial stability.

With a leadership mindset and an unwavering dedication to financial excellence, Darren continues to drive strategic initiatives, optimize business operations, and shape the financial future of both ASI Business Solutions and Sovereign Cove Group. Darren holds his MBA in Accounting and Finance from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies.

Pamela Solem – Human Resources (executive leadership)

With over 29 years of experience in Human Resources, Pamela Solem has dedicated her career to supporting and strengthening teams within the hospitality and amusement industries. Holding a degree from the University of Maryland in Psychology, Pamela has built her expertise across dynamic markets, including Washington State, Texas, and now Florida.

In 2021, Pamela joined Sovereign Cove Group as a memeber of the Executive Leadership team as Head of Human Resources, playing a vital role in overseeing talent acquisition, staff development, and organizational growth. Her leadership became essential as Sovereign Cove Group expanded its restaurant and marina operations post-pandemic, ensuring a strong, well-supported workforce aligned with the company’s mission of excellence.

With a deep understanding of hospitality-driven HR strategies, Pamela’s ability to foster team success, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold company culture continues to be a cornerstone of Sovereign Cove Group’s thriving business.
